We encourage you to take advantage of our free shipping offer, available for orders traveling within the continental United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship merchandise to P. O. Box addresses. Most customers receive their shipment within two to six weeks of submitting their order. Note that some products may arrive at different times, as some are shipped directly from the supplier.

We have the utmost confidence in our products, and for your convenience we offer a 30 day (from date of purchase) 100% satisfaction guarantee on our merchandise for any returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may contact our return department to receive authorization for the return of your item. Once authorization for the return is received, you would only be responsible to cover the cost of return shipping, and subject to a 10% restocking fee. We request that all returns are unopened and returned to us in their original factory-sealed condition.
Prior to returning any product, please contact us with the reason for your return.To initiate the return process email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon authorizing your return, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Number (RMA), which is necessary to process your return. We cannot accept or refund products that have been opened or used.
Please proceed with the following steps to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):
1. If you have received a flawed or damaged product, we ask that you write the RMA number beneath the return address on your package. This will allow us to arrange a time for UPS to retrieve the shipment.
2. Be sure to include your original sales receipt or a copy of the receipt with your return. On the receipt, please legibly include your reason for returning the product as well as the RMA number. We cannot be responsible for returns that are incorrectly labeled or do not include the RMA number with the return merchandise. Such items will be returned to the sender without compensation.
3. The return product should be immediately mailed to the address provided by our customer service representative. The merchandise must be received unsealed in its original packaging, including the sales receipt, reason for issuing the return, and the Return Merchandise Number (RMA). Please ensure you are mailing the item to the correct address, as we cannot compensate for lost shipments.
4. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
If authorized, your refund will be issued in the same method of payment as your initial transaction. This will occur within 20 business days of receiving and processing your return shipment.
NOTE: For solar panel and generator product sales, there will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of return shipping of that product should a customer receive the generator and/or solar panel and then want to return it.
For water purification products, customer must return purchase in original packaging with all parts and materials at customers' expense including copy of original receipt showing proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Shipping is NOT included.
Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 business days of our receiving your return.
